Peyton is a steadily growing area, and the areas between Peyton and Colorado Springs are filling up fast. It’s a great place to find quality at a lower cost, but still a short drive to shopping and restaurants. It’s also the location of Colorado’s longest golf course, Antler Creek. We’re starting to see more restaurants and shops pop up near the course. It’s a fast commute to Peterson AFB and Schriever AFB.
When you invest in Peyton, you’re going to see a strong military influence making up the pool of renters. Values stay strong with the military influence as well. It’s fairly easy to minimize vacancy having an investment property in the Peyton area. Many of the homes are newer as well, meaning a lower maintenance cost in most cases.
