Dedicated Property Manager Every property owner has a dedicated property manager to handle their inquiries. While staff is always accessible, a property manager will be the main point of contact.
Collect Rent Fast with Online Payment Options Tenants are required to pay rent online through their portal. Payments can be made directly out of a checking account, or via credit card.
Electronic Deposit of Rent Proceeds Get paid faster and more securely. Owner disbursements are made by the 15th of each month (depending on weekends or holidays). Funds are deposited directly into owner accounts.
Maintenance & Repair Coordination/Oversite We handle maintenance on your property with 24/7 emergency service. We only contract with licensed and insured vendors. Things are done properly and professionally.
