Military Residents

Renting while serving is an option many choose to do in the Colorado Springs area. We want everyone to know that we understand what can happen, and what the laws are when you have to PCS. We also relay this to owners who many not be familiar with renting to members of the military. We want you to enjoy being a resident, and know that we comply with all rules and laws... including the SCRA.

We understand that there are times you may be unavailable to reach, and that's okay. When it comes time for disposition and/or return of your security deposit, we do so in a timely manner and mail it to the forwarding address you provide to us.

Military residents are glad to know that The Colorado Springs Group understands what their life is like, and that certain things are out of their control while they serve.
